Yes, I finally decided to start a proper blog after a year of "should I be bothered" attitude. What triggered it, I must say was my dear friend Sulien's blog. I admired her ability to write about the very private details of her life and her inner utmost feelings. A year on, I started scrutinising blogs. The Dawn Yang affair had in fact done some good-superficially, the whole affair did spark more interest on blogging. High profile Singaporean writers who have blogs which are not very private ( eg. Xialanxue, Blinkymummy) but blogs revealing their thoughts on more serious and significant issues pertaining to life also appealed to me.
I often wonder, if I had a blog, what would it be like? I dare myself to open my heart the world. Could I ever do that? I don't know. As I speak, nobody knows about the existence of my blog. NOT YET, but of course I will tell some people about this blog. After all, writing is about expressing, making a difference, however slight a difference. If my future writings offend anyone, I don't think there is a need to apologise unless it is of blatant disrespect. WHat is writing if it is not thought provoking?
Ok, enough. Back to the sort of writing I am better at-legal writing.ZZzzzzz
